Email us about anything to do with Sundown for Mac: the app, your licence, a subscription, or a question before you buy.
What to include
If your question is about something you bought, write from the email address you used at checkout, or put that address in your message, because that is how we find your purchase. If something in the app isn’t working, tell us your Mac model and macOS version, which you’ll find under the Apple menu in About This Mac, and what you expected to happen.
You might not need to write
- To change your subscription, go to Manage subscription and enter the email you used to buy Sundown.
- If you’re on macOS 12 or 13, the main download won’t open on your Mac, and Sundown Classic is the build for it. Your licence works in both.
- To see who makes Sundown and what it does, read About Sundown for Mac.
